Twist, push, pull...
This client gets big money to wreck stuff. These guys are rocket scientists, quite literally. They build things like "Multi-Channel Servohydraulic Fatigue Test Systems," Rocket Propellant Test Chambers, Earthquake Simulators and other devices... all designed to break materials and analyze them down to the micron, in real time. As hardcore engineers, they also take the word "literal" to new heights; challenging from a designer's standpoint since they see the world through very different eyes, as does their market. They don't get me, and I don't get them, but it works. I have been successful in helping them communicate their very technical information in a more digestible fashion.
I have done a lot of work for them over the years, including interactive sales presentations, tradeshow displays, online advertisements and other Web projects as well as a whole lot of product design illustration.
