We want to take control of your world.
Uponor Wirsbo makes the most advanced radiant heating and cooling, plumbing, and fire safety systems available today. What's even cooler than that is the Web-based control application it engineered to control everything in its systems. Every boiler, valve, vent, fan, pump, manifold, and much more, is controlled by a Web app that customers can use to command their environment right from their PC or smartphone.
I was asked to design the User Interface for the Web app, complete with illustrations and animations of all the components so users could see in real-time just how their system was functioning. It was a very complex project, and just trying to understand the massive architecture to design the UI was daunting. Needless to say, I survived on Ibuprofen and Diet Coke for a few months. One of the coolest (or warmest) apps I have ever worked on, for sure.
