By the way, we need this fast. Real fast.
Victory CD-ROM
Through Weber Shandwick, Victory Motorcycles presented me with a competitor's marketing CD-ROM title with a short, choppy video and spec screen for their latest product. I said we could do better. Much better.

The only catch was the project needed to ship to Sturgis in less than a month, giving me just over two weeks to design and build the CD-ROM before it needed to be sent for duplication. Yikes.

I came up with the idea for an Interactive Press Kit, rich with relevant content, graphics, video, and music. It included mini product catalogs, press releases, current articles, high resolution photos, and videos. All downloadable for use by the press via an interactive "Saddlebag" feature.

I architected, designed and managed the project, calling in the best developer I knew to help and achieve the aggressive deadline. I don't think I slept more than an hour per night for the last week of the project.
